My name is Sara Osborne. I have been a licensed general contractor in Yamhill County since 2012. For over 14 years, I have co-owned the construction company - Clearly Custom Construction LLC, with my husband Daniel. I have always enjoyed working on projects with clients. Helping with remodeling/building ideas, making goals and dreams come true. In addition to construction, I have added ‘licensed real estate broker’ to my resume. My experience in assisting clients through the construction process, and helping them realize their dreams is a passion I bring to every real estate transaction. I truly enjoy collaborating with clients, whether it’s helping them to find older homes with renovation potential, a new construction home, or rural acreage properties.
